Lafayette Women's Center

Lafayette Women’s Center is a large, multi-physician practice in Fayetteville, NC with a shared waiting room/ reception desk and nurse’s station. Other areas, such as labs and screening rooms are not shared by all practicing physicians and are duplicated on both sides of the building. The practice recently moved to a larger facility and wishes to create a modern, relaxing environment. The owners requested that the shared areas be architectural and upbeat, with colors that make the patient feel comfortable and optimistic. In addition, they have to meet the needs of a high volume practice with a large staff.

J&H Publishing

J& H Publishing in Atlanta, Georgia is expanding its headquarters to a new building. Owners John Rider and Harold Curry, both in their mid-fifties, have expressed the importance of a professional looking space. They are open to new ideas and prefer a contemporary or modern design with a neutral color theme. Both partners have both lost parents to heart disease and are very involved with local fundraising to promote awareness for the cause. Understanding the role that sedentary habits play in heart disease, they have decided to promote a healthy lifestyle in the workplace by including a small gym where employees can work out.
